We stayed here two nights checking good and helpful there is only two small lifts to use and this hotel is use by tour groups scaffolding around the hotel so you could have work people outside your window .the room was OK a little small with furniture which has seen better days The breakfast was good and wifi good.

Oh my goodness. I have been in university dorms that are nicer than this hotel. Unfortunately I am stuck here for 3 nights because I'm on a Trafalgar tour and we will be back again for one final night at the end of the tour. This is maybe a 1 or 2 star at best. The walls are paper thin. Basically NOTHING in the room - not even boxes of tissue. There is construction at the front of the building which I understand cannot be helped but you can only imagine the view from the room Welcome to Portugal - not! And having to sleep on a sofa in the bar for 5 hours while waiting for a room was not fun, but understandable, but then going to the room where there was so much noise from construction. I am shocked that Trafalgar would book this place. I have put in a complaint to them as well.

Liked · It was quiet, clean, and breakfast was good. Perfectly fine for a few days to visit Lisbon on a budget. It's located right next to the Sao Sebastian station, which goes directly to the airport and to the city centre. Staff accommodated our request for a rollaway bed. Disliked · Beds were the hardest I've ever slept on. My backside hurt every morning. The lighting in our room was awful, some of these very cold LED lights that create a very uncomfortable and dim light. However, other rooms had normal lighting. Towels were super thin and hard. I guess it was a budget hotel, so can't expect fluffy towels.... I didn't like that the windows were blocked from opening (being claustrophobic), but I was able to sign a waiver and they unblocked our window.

Very disappointed when we got there. Lobby was nice so was expecting a good stay until the elevators on our floor opened. Small room, very tacky furniture, window doesn't open, bed and pillow were super uncomfortable, very loud, plugs under the desk so had to crawl under to plug stuff in, no coffee machine in room or even a kettle. Breakfast however was decent. Would not stay here again

We booked two nights here but found a better option and cancelled at least two weeks before the required date. We did it on a website called Prestigia (do not use it, ever) but their system didn't work and they didn't cancel. I got charged for one night. I disputed the charge with the credit card and Prestigia accepted their mistake and returned their part of the money. The hotel instead realized they had charged more "by mistake" and returned the excess, like €40 out of the more than €200. Had I not disputed they had kept that money as well. Be very diligent if you go there (not recommended) with your invoice. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THEM!!
